ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, & NON-REFUNDABLE However, if your product is received damaged or defective, please contact me through the "Contact" tab or email sdessalines933@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number, first & last name, and a photo of the damage, and you will receive a free replacement of that same item.

【Commissions】
Commission services are customized artwork done for clients. Requests can be made through email or direct messaging through social medias. Once I have approved of the request I will give the client a vague quote for cost as well as an estimated time frame at which the commission will be completed. Then I will make a full drawing sketch based on what information the client has given. After the final design is confirmed, I will then be able to give the client an exact price of said commission. In order to secure their spot and for me to officially start on the work, I will require at least a 50% deposit of the final price. Clients are NOT allowed to pay full price of commission, I will accept no more than 75% of the entire cost. The rest of the payment will be due after the piece is finished and approved. All payments are final, non refundable, and non exchangeable. Minor changes to the final piece can be done but only to an extent for additional charges may be applied if the piece is subjected to major changes.
